Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Governance Specialist. The role will be responsible for the management of cybersecurity policy alignment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide security expertise for activities, including incident management, user requests, threat analysis (spam / phishing), and vulnerability remediation follow-up;
- Analysis and summary reports on outputs from key security services (web filtering, SOC activities, security incidents, vulnerability management, patching, penetration testing, etc.);
- Documentation to support internal and external audits;
- Contributions to quarterly Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reports;
- Reviews and updates of security-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and processes;
- Materials to support the development or enhancement of cybersecurity requirements, plans, and test cases;
- Conduct and support activities related to vulnerability management, penetration testing, secure code assessment, and threat intelligence;
- Lead security initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes;
- Assist in business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity exercise preparation;
- Coordinate with third-party security service providers on assigned topics;
- Advise the internal IT security team on security best practices for MS365 and Azure architecture, configuration, and operations;
- Monitor security sources to identify emerging threats and assess their relevance to organization's systems, processes, and users;
- Provide market analysis for cybersecurity tools, solutions, and emerging concepts;
- Support cybersecurity governance, including risk management, policies, compliance and alignment with standards;
- Support security awareness activities;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
Master's degree in a relevant technical field (IT, cybersecurity, engineering);7 years of experience in relevant field;Strong understanding of technical aspects of cyber security, and a good understanding of general security tools;Knowledge of Microsoft’s security ecosystem and Microsoft’s security tools;Ability to coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders;Project management certifications (PM2, Prince2, PMI) are considered as an asset;Excellent knowledge of the English language, French (B2 / C1) will be considered as an asset.Benefits
