Your missions

As an Associate in Banking & Finance, you will :

Advise on and draft documentation for domestic and cross-border financing transactions

Assist with all aspects of security documentation under Luxembourg law

Draft and review financing agreements, legal opinions, and related legal documentation

Analyse and comment on financial product documentation

Review existing policies and contribute to the development of new procedures and compliance frameworks

Prepare practical implementation guidelines for internal policies and regulatory recommendations

Law degree with registration at a European Bar

2 to 4 years of experience in the Banking & Finance team of a Luxembourg law firm

Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
