Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Transformation in Fund Industry

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on effective target operating and technology models.
• Lead and manage transformation projects for clients, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
• Facilitate impactful change between business and IT.
• Lead service initiatives, prepare commercial proposals, coach team members, and promote our value proposition.
• Develop high-performing teams and establish trust-based relationships.
• Set priorities and directions to improve Deloitte and client achievements.
• Deploy sector-specific knowledge to transform operations.
• Translate client strategies into effective technology models.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients' existing processes, systems, and structures.

Requirements:

• From 5 to 7 years of experience in business transformation within the financial services industry, ideally focused on digital transformation.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
• Exposure to implementation projects of industry leading software solutions will be a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English; German and French are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel on short to medium terms to deliver projects.
• Experience leading teams in transformational projects.
