Team Assistant

Active in Luxembourg since 2011, the firm counts now more than 100 employees including more than 70 lawyers, genuine experts in their fields that provide full support to local and international groups on all legal aspects of their Luxembourg transactions, as well as their day-to-day operations.

Our Funds  team is expanding and is looking for a Team Assistant .

(Full-time or part-time position)

Your responsibilities

Assisting the team in the daily work :

• Preparing correspondence (for clients and / or other parties) and performing other administrative tasks (documents compilation, compare versions, conversion of documents, lay-out and formatting of documents, creating, monitoring and closing client files in our systems and collecting the relevant KYC documentation...)
• Update calendars and schedule meetings for two Partners.
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails.
• Arranging travels and meetings.
• Assist on a day-to-day basis the team and its partners.
• Managing legal documentation (including scanning, printing, archiving and database maintenance)
• Assisting the team in creating and formatting templates / presentation slides / brochures / pitches.
