We are looking for a Corporate IT Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in managing and improving our IT infrastructure and services. About the Role As a Corporate IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the operation, support, and continuous improvement of our corporate IT environment. You will ensure our corporate systems, services, and applications run securely and efficiently while providing hands-on technical support to staff. Key Responsibilities Ensure the performance, efficiency and secure operation of the corporate IT environment including its systems, services and applications. Support IT account management tasks including staff onboarding and offboarding processes, user account lifecycle management, capacity management and planning. Support the procurement process of corporate and staff IT equipment, network, software and services, performing installation, integration, operation and maintenance activities. Be the point of contact for users of the Company corporate IT systems, ensuring support requests are answered in a timely and accurate manner. Help users regarding the efficient and effective usage and operation of corporate IT equipment, software, services, and network. Participate in IT and business projects, from planning of new on-premise or Cloud-based solutions to their implementation and operation. Troubleshoot, debug, and solve operational problems, ensuring the availability of mission-critical IT services. Work closely with the Security team to address corporate security issues, projects and related activities. Work with service providers to resolve problems in a timely manner. Use ticketing systems, knowledge bases and web portals to monitor and document issues. Set up and maintain documentation of IT policies, procedures, services, systems and tools. Participate in initiatives to improve the efficiency and quality of the corporate IT services. Apply modern IT system administration techniques and security best practices in all areas of activity. Escalate issues or requests as appropriate to line management. Profile University degree (Bachelor / Master) in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or a closely related technical field is requested Proven experience in a similar IT administrator or support role. Autonomous troubleshooting of problems / incidents in the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. Hands-on knowledge of M365 Identity Management and policy configuration (e.g., conditional access, MFA). Experience in administration and configuration of the full M365 tenant : Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive. Hands-on experience with configuration and lifecycle management of devices via Microsoft Intune. Hands-on experience with Mobile Application Management (MAM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM). Support and management of Windows, Linux, and Mac endpoints. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and security best practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
