Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Client Coordinator KIID / PRIIPS, Senior Associate reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with the UCITS Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs), PRIIPs Key Information Documents (KIDs) and their underlying calculation components.

The team you will be joining is a part of the Financial and Regulatory Reporting team, a function that is vital to the company as you will oversee the team’s deliverables, and will contribute to vendor management, process improvements, general set up and scalability.

What you will be responsible for

As a KIID / PRIIPS Client Coordinator, you will :

• Assist with project activities (i.e. implementation of regulatory changes, client on-boarding, system changes, milestone planning);
• Perform service oversight function over production hub for each component of KIID / PRIIPS services : Ongoing charges, Transaction Costs, Risk and Performance, Typeset documents (main task) and Market Templates;
• Help to identify weaknesses in the workflows and come up with proposals for enhancements;
• Efficient communication with fund accounting groups, billing teams and other areas where data is needed, clarification is required, procedures to be implemented and reinforced or deadlines at risk;
• Deal with and respond to client queries in a timely and efficient manner;
• Monitor team’s deliverables, accuracy and timeliness in your daily work;
• Assist with Audits;
• Run and / or attend internal services review calls.
