Your tasks
- You supervise and operate the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
- You supervise and operate user incidents, change requests in relation to HRIS systems and their interface with third party systems
- You support HR units in the digitalization of their processes
- You supervise and maintain the user permission in HRIS systems
- You carry out a technological watch in the field of HRIS
- You work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing and implementation of the system
- You perform system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support
- You follow up on all projects within the HR department
- You collaborate with HR units to ensure internal processes (PMC2, procurement, …)
Your profile
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources or a related fieldYou have minimum 2 years of experience in the fieldYou are a team-player but also capable of working independentlyYou have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of confidentialityYou are proficient with IT tools and systemsYou are fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and EnglishWhat we offer
