Operating under CSSF regulatory licenses as registrar agent, administrative agent of the financial sector, and client communication agent, we deliver bespoke, client-centric services powered by innovative technology and a solution-oriented mindset to meet the evolving needs of fund managers and investors.

In order to support our expansion , we are currently looking to recruit a :

Manager – Transfer Agency (M / F)

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transfer Agency team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all investor-related activities (subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, transfers, and KYC / AML reviews).
• Coordinate investor onboarding and ongoing due diligence in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the investor register and related documentation, including the proper handling of investor communications and reporting
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to investor transactions, documentation, and account maintenance with a strong focus on service quality and responsiveness
• Participate in the training and development of junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence, compliance, and client orientation
