Assistant Real Estate Development Analyst

At EY Luxembourg, we are looking for a Junior Real Estate Development Analyst to join our growing Real Estate Development Advisory team. The selected candidate will assist in analyzing, structuring, and managing real estate development projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across investment, valuation, financial modeling, and asset management.
This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or junior professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in the real estate development and investment sector within a globally recognized firm.
- Support real estate project management from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial models, feasibility studies, investment analysis, and managing the financial aspects of the project, including budgeting and cost control.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with external service providers, including architects, engineers, surveyors, lawyers and consultants.
- Assist in regulatory compliance and risk management for real estate operations, including handling contracts, agreements, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
- Support technical project management, including contract preparation, program management, study oversight, design optimization, and negotiation of terms and conditions.
Responsibilities :
Support feasibility analyses of real estate development projects.Conduct market research, property valuation, and financial modeling.Assist in structuring project financing and investment strategies.Prepare documentation and liaise with local authorities for permits and licenses.Monitor project costs, timelines, and overall performance.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.Requirements :
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field0 to maximum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or consulting.Specialized training or Master in real estate investment and management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic knowledge of financial modeling, asset valuation, and investment analysis.Proficiency in Excel and other real estate analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluency in French and English (German is a plus).What We Offer :
