We are seeking to recruit a Lawyer to support the growth of our Banking, Finance & Capital Markets department in Luxembourg.

Your tasks :

• Advising local and international clients on the full spectrum of various banking, finance and capital markets matters;
• Ensuring the daily coordination between clients, counterparty lawyers, and services providers;
• Drafting, reviewing and / or negotiating any type of contracts and / or legal documents in the area of banking, finance and capital markets;
• Conducting and coordinating legal researches;
• Participating actively in the business development needs of the firm.
