Tax Lawyer - AC95

We are seeking a talented and motivated Tax Lawyer (Associate Level) to join our client's Tax department in their Luxembourg office. As part of a highly regarded international law firm, you will advise a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity firms, and investment funds, on complex tax matters. Key Responsibilities : Provide legal tax advice on domestic and international tax matters, with a focus on corporate taxation, M&A, private equity, investment structures, and cross-border transactions. Assist clients with tax structuring, regulatory compliance, and tax risk management. Draft, review, and negotiate tax-related legal documentation and contracts. Conduct legal research and prepare memos, reports, and opinions on Luxembourg tax law developments. Liaise with tax authorities, regulators, and other stakeholders in Luxembourg and internationally. Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas and jurisdictions to provide comprehensive legal support. Your Profile : 3 to 4 years of experience in tax law, gained in a law firm or a service provider handling similar tax advisory matters. Strong knowledge of Luxembourg tax law and its application in an international context. Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (or another European Bar) or soon to be. A Master's degree in Law, Tax Law, or Business Law, preferably with an additional qualification in Taxation. Fluency in English and French is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A proactive and client-oriented approach, with excellent communication skills.
