The Boutique in Luxembourg is run under a franchise agreement by a local family dedicated to mono brand boutiques. Your opportunity We are currently looking for a Brand Ambassador as part of our dynamic team. How you will contribute The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, will develop and recruit clients and will spread the values and the philosophy of our brand, with the aim of maximizing sales. Who you are

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity
• Customer oriented
• Entrepreneurial attitude
• Positive, enthusiastic and team oriented
• Fluent in English and one of the 3 common languages in Luxembourg (Luxembourgish, French, German)
• Italian language is an advantage
• Experience in a very customer service focused environment, with a genuine passion for luxury
