Your missions
The Finance Manager will be responsible for all financial operations across two entities, ensuring their financial health and sustainability. This is a highly autonomous role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach.
You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, acting as a financial advisor and ensuring that both entities meet their financial goals.
As Finance Manager, you will :
Manage and oversee the financial operations of two entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.Prepare consolidated financial statements and individual reports for each entity.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.Present detailed financial analysis and insights to the CEO to support strategic decision-making.Provide strategic advice on cost management, revenue opportunities, and financial planning.Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures across both entities.Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring the alignment of financial goals with business objectives.Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements in Luxembourg.Coordinate and manage audits, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.Oversee VAT filings, and other statutory obligations.Handle day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury management.Supervise and streamline billing, invoicing, and payment processes.Maintain relationships with banks, suppliers, and other financial stakeholders.This position is a great opportunity :

Your ideal profile
