CTG IT Solutions - Functional & Automation Test Engineer

CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Functional & Automation Test Engineer to strengthen our team within a prestigious European Institution. Your missions Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear test objectives. Write and maintain functional test cases, both manual and automated. Document user stories, epics, use cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business analysts and product owners. Design, script, and execute automated tests using Selenium and JavaScript. Use ALM Octane to manage test campaigns, traceability, and defects. Integrate testing into Agile workflows, ensuring quality is built into every sprint. Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, report, and retest defects. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, tools, and standards. Fluent level in French and English Your profile Proven experience in manual and automated functional testing. Strong skills in business analysis and documentation. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies. ISTQB certified. Hands-on experience with ALM Octane. Practical knowledge of JavaScript and Selenium WebDriver for automation scripting. Nice to have : Familiarity with Python and VBScript (used in Uftone).
