A fast-growing and dynamic investment management company based in Luxembourg is looking for a Valuation Officer to join its experienced and collaborative small team. Backed by a well-established Spanish group , the firm operates with a strong international outlook and a focus on quality and innovation in fund services.
This is a highly versatile role centered on reviewing NAVs for Private Debt funds , with a broad exposure to compliance, finance, fund administration, and audit processes.
Valuation Officer - Your responsibilities :
- Monthly review of NAVs prepared externally (Private Debt focus).
- Verification of accrued interest, amortizations, and asset valuations.
- Daily liaison with fund administrators, auditors, and key stakeholders.
- Oversight of statutory filings (annual accounts, RCS).
- Preparation of documents for general meetings (AGMs).
- Handling due diligence questionnaires from investors and partners.
- Preparation of group reporting, slide decks, and KPI tracking.
- Day-to-day involvement in the operational life of the company.
- Support to the Finance and Compliance Directors on cross-functional projects.
Valuation Officer - Your profile :
2-4 years of relevant experience in fund administration, fund audit, fund accounting or similar.Good understanding of UCITS, AIFs, and RAIF structures.Fully fluent in Spanish and English ( written and spoken); French is a strong plus.Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a small-team setting.Comfortable juggling operational and regulatory tasks with autonomy and ownership.Valuation Officer - We offer :
