Responsibilities
of the Conducting Officer for Risk :
- Be part of the management team, overseeing and continuously enhancing the firm’s risk framework, systems and procedures.
- Lead a team responsible for performing risk assessments on fund strategies and transactions, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational integrity.
- Coordinate and contribute to risk reporting for internalmittees and regulators, and serve as the escalation point between the risk team, Conducting Officers and the Board.
- Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure consistent oversight and seamless risk management across the business.
Background of the Conducting Officer for Risk :
6–10 years' experience in risk management within an AIFM environmentExposure to Real Estate, Private Equity or Private Debt strategiesStrong academic background in finance, economics, or a quantitative fieldExcellentmunication skills and fluency in EnglishFamiliarity with AIFMD and related EU regulationsCAIA, CFA or FRM qualifications are advantageousThis is a strategic role in a firm with ambitious growth plans, offering real autonomy and leadership impact.
