Responsibilities

of the  Conducting Officer for Risk :

• Be part of the management team, overseeing and continuously enhancing the firm’s risk framework, systems and procedures.
• Lead a team responsible for performing risk assessments on fund strategies and transactions, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational integrity.
• Coordinate and contribute to risk reporting for internalmittees and regulators, and serve as the escalation point between the risk team, Conducting Officers and the Board.
• Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure consistent oversight and seamless risk management across the business.
