The Business / Front Support Generalist is part of the Business Support team. He / she supports the Relationship Manager & Relationship Manager Assistants located in Luxembourg in selected tasks related to the delivery of excellent service to the clients, especially linked to administrative support (e.g. performing account openings, periodic reviews, etc.). In addition to this role, the person supports the Account Management (AM) for the Insurance companies BJBE as has a relationship with as well as for a ringfenced book of clients (e.g. Dormant accounts).
YOUR CHALLENGE
Primary responsibility : Front Support :
Assist Relationship Managers (RM) & Relationship Manager Assistants (RMA) in the day-to-day work and handling administrative issues
Handle the account openings for new clients for various Front teams
Perform tasks linked to the maintenance of accounts of existing clients
Monitor the respective lists (e.g. maturities, etc.) and take action were instruction is standard, seek instructions (from RM or client) if necessary and required
Support the RM in performing the periodic client review
Perform selected administrative tasks linked the Front Office
Maintain the required client due diligence and follow all regulatory and policy standards and handle related administrative tasks
Perform selected centralized tasks for all Front teams
Maintain and update records of client instructions, client details and preferences
Liaise with other RM-Teams, Operations & IT
Come up with ideas to streamline Front Office processes to increase efficiency
Secondary responsibility : Account Management Special Clients (Insurance Business, Dormant accounts, etc.)
Handle / Support the administrative handling of the business relationship with the Insurance companies (act as PoC for the Insurance companies regarding technical or administrative issues and requests, perform periodic review, efficiently handle tasks (e.g. trades, payments), maintain accounts (e.g. update of signatories, request missing documents), monitor accounts)
Handle / support the administration of selected ringfenced accounts (e.g. Dormant accounts) and while doing so ensuring regulatory compliance in the handling
YOUR PROFILE
Experience / Knowledge / Skills
Client centric, service & solution oriented, discreet and responsible
Relevant higher educational and professional background e.g. Bachelor’s Degree or banking apprenticeship
First work experience in Banking (especially Private Banking) is an added value
General understanding of the financial industry and the Private Banking environment
Fast learning and willing to take over additional tasks
Able to work independently, well organized, swift and accurate even when under pressure
Flexible to adapt to new and changing environment.
Friendly, open personality, well-presented and professional appearance
Very good oral and written language skills in English, any other language skill is considered as an added value
