Key Responsibilities :

• Assessing business requirements and translating these into solutions, including design, test, and implementation of the most effective solutions within defined timescales and budgets
• Production and maintenance of system requirements, product definitions, and specifications
• Management and improvement of tools and support processes including specifications, Non-functional requirements, testing tools, MI data and reporting tools.
• Agreement of test scope, test execution and the analysis of test results to identify and resolve issues and defects.
• Conducting complex analyses using appropriate methods and tools to produce timely, accurate, and insightful conclusions, management information and reports.
• Designing and producing solutions for stakeholders in appropriate formats to support and inform business activities and decisions.
• Effectively communicating with key stakeholders to agree requirements, confirm progress and obtain sign-off for deliverables.
• Managing relationships across RSAL and stakeholder teams to achieve the best outcomes.
• Design and Delivery of requirements, process, and training materials to support the delivery of solutions or implemented fixes.
• Working proactively to ensure the delivery of workstack items and working closely with team members to ensure the delivery of team priorities
• Sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance capabilities across the team.
• Offering recommendations on changes to ensure continuous improvement
