NEOFACTO - Business Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with deep knowledge of investment fund operations to join one of our long-standing financial services partners. Missions Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and development teams Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to fund operations and fee structures Lead workshops and design sessions with internal teams (including dev and QA) Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications Participate in testing, validation, and go-live support Ensure solutions align with operational needs and regulatory expectations Profile Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally within asset management or fund distribution Deep understanding of fund data, fee calculations, and back-office operations Experience working with fund data providers (e.g., Morningstar, Bloomberg, FE Fundinfo) Solid grasp of SQL queries and ability to liaise effectively with developers working in PHP (Symfony), Java, and Angular Exposure to API integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting across financial systems Experience with ITSM tools and working in Agile / Scrum environments Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes is a bonus You are someone with a strong business mindset and technical curiosity You are a collaborative team player who can speak both "business" and "tech" You are someone comfortable in a fast-paced, Finance-driven environment You are fluent in french and english Our offer Working in a Great Place to Work based in Luxembourg Attractive salary and pretty cool benefits (meal vouchers, mobile subscription...)
