Manager – M&A and Valuation (Corporate Finance) – Financial Services Focus.

I'm looking for a talented and driven Manager in M&A and Valuation to join a Corporate Finance team, with a particular focus on the Financial Services (FIG) sector. As part of a fast-paced and collaborative Advisory practice, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality M&A and valuation projects while contributing to business development and team leadership.

You'll work closely with the Partners and lead teams of Junior and Senior Advisors to deliver insightful, value-adding solutions to clients across a range of sectors and geographies, benefiting from an extensive pan-European Deal Advisory network.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams across M&A, valuation, and broader corporate finance engagements.
• Develop and review complex financial models, conduct in-depth financial analyses, and apply a range of valuation techniques.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables such as information memoranda, business plans, reports, and presentations.
• Identify and engage with potential counterparties in M&A transactions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their growth and performance.
• Actively contribute to business development through client networking, proposal preparation, and pitches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across our international network.
