We are currently partnering with a well-established firm located in Gasperich, seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a small team composed of 5 people - working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including key players in Luxembourg's financial sector.

Payroll Manager - Your responsibilities :

• Oversee the payroll review process, including social security reporting, guiding both junior and senior team members.
• Lead and develop your team in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
• Monitor and review data related to absences, sick leave, holidays, etc.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and relevant local authorities.
