MIBL now has an opening for a : Account Management and Lending Support (M\F) Fixed-term contract (12 month) (Ref. : MIBLGSLS2605) Primary tasks and Expected role : Under the supervision of your hierarchical line, you are in charge of all matters that are in the department competences. A particular focus is put on the conduction of servicing and on‐boarding of clients and prospects; Namely : Support the Head of department and team leaders in daily activities, when required; Oversee group mailbox monitoring and follow‐up of communication with clients and colleagues in Tokyo and London; Make sure adequate controls and processing requirements are met; Participate to projects and initiatives to help contribute to the enhancement of processes and to the improvement of overall Bank processes; Ensure that the client needs are perfectly understood and met; Ensure effective understanding of specific process and strict adherence to relevant procedures using the groups Follow the Sun capabilities Maintain proper communication with external counterparts as well as other internal departments (Compliance department, Operations, Legal); Ensure appropriate steps with internal and external stakeholders; Support adequate reporting when needed; When required, organise, attend or delegate presentations / demonstrations to prospects and existing clients (e.g. on features of CustodyConnect Webportal, Custody discussions and its technical aspects such as SWIFT etc, Service reviews, etc.); Strive to maintain good organisation and control in Client Service activities; Support different internal teams for client related activity such as sanction screening first line Specific Skills or Experience Fluent in English Preferably Japanese language (reading writing speaking) Sufficient Experience in financial institution Knowledge about custody business and Basic Microsoft skills (excel word powerpoint) If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity further, please send your application l...
