About the Role :

As a  Manager  or  Senior Manager in Valuation & Modelling team, you will lead engagements across a broad spectrum of sectors, advising clients on critical financial decisions. From M&A and capital investments to business transformations, your work will directly influence strategy and value creation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex valuation and financial modelling engagements.
• Provide strategic insights to support M&A, fundraising, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the development of financial models (DCF, LBO, scenario analysis, etc.) for a variety of purposes.
• Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
