Business Development and Marketing Intern (6 months starting September 2025)

Job Description

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to discover the Business Development, Marketing & Communication department of our firm in Luxembourg. You will take full part in the management and coordination of events and the production of marketing & communication materials. This internship is also a great opportunity to get valuable insights about the daily operation and BD function in an international law firm. The working hours are 40 hours per week.

• Assist with the update and contribute to the development of our marketing materials (clients presentations, brochures, client briefings, capability statements, CVs)
• Contribute to the update of our internal communication tools (intranet news, internal newsletter, diverse reporting on Coms and marketing activities)
• Maintain targeted client lists in the Firm's database (InterAction)
• Assist in all facets of event management & coordination : invitation drafting, emailing campaign, registrations follow-up, external suppliers management, on-site support and post-event analysis
• Follow up of our sponsoring in the Luxembourg market and abroad
• Provide your support to all our BD, Marketing & Communication initiatives and team members (project management, activity reporting, document preparation)
