Short-term internship - January to February 2026

Internship contract

Experience a two-month internship at A&O Shearman from January to February 2026 , where you will become an integral part of a team, work alongside accomplished lawyers, and actively participate in local and cross-border legal cases.

The internship must be covered by an internship agreement with a university.

Join one of the following departments :

• Corporate M&A
• Litigation & Investigations
• Employment Litigation

Role purpose

Conducting legal research

Participating in due diligence exercises

Translating, drafting and proofreading legal documents

Assisting in preparing client correspondence and presentations

Key requirements

We are looking for Master's students in Business Law with a strong level in French and English.

If you're motivated and keen to learn, then this internship will be an opportunity to broaden your legal knowledge, gain autonomy and get involved in some challenging cases.
