Senior Project Manager
What would be your mission?
- Identify and manage the resources to successfully carry out large,plex projects including individual systems development projects
- Delivery of agreed project outputs to the agreed time, cost and quality parameters within the agreed scope
- Manage and coordinate the activity of specialists, technicians and analysts to ensure that tasks are performed that result in the project deliverable
- Ensure the project and associated business case are scoped, initiated and approved according to required procedures
- Ensure the project is planned in a manner that delivers to the required cost and quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions
- Ensure the project is resourced appropriately
- Ensure the project work is executed and implemented according to the plan or any agreed changes to the plan and according to agreed project management standards
- Ensure that requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artefacts are documented, tracked and followed-up on
- Ensure that the project work ispliant with documented standards, templates, and frameworks, and captured in agreed toolsets
- Ensure project stakeholder awareness, engagement, andmunication
- Manage and lead project team members
- Ensure the project closes according to required procedures
What would be your tasks?
Ensure successful implementation of CFS project(s) within project scope, budget and timelineAnalyze and manage project risks and issues in accordance with client's Executive Management risk appetiteMonitor and report the project progress to Executive Management and other portfolioerning bodyTake full ownership of projects financials, reconcile, analyze gaps and explain discrepanciesLead groups of business and IT stakeholders to agree on functional and or technical solutions to unblockplex situationsChair projecterning bodies and any project related forumManage and support business transitions (technical and planning) and ensure properernance and controls are in placeCoach other junior project managers and support them in their day-to-day work, guide them through the methodology and way of workingWhat kind of profile are we looking for?
University degree or equivalent in aputer-based disciplineProject Management certifications such as PMI, Prince 2, AgilePM or equivalent, with an IT backgroundAt least 8 years of experience in Project Management within financial institutions or capital marketsDemonstrable experience in leading projects to successful conclusionsExperience in a management role with P&L accountabilityExperience in developing and tracking financial business casesRelevant experience working in the capital markets industryProven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependenciesKnowledge of the investment funds industry would be considered as a plusExperienced in effectivelymunicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team membersExcellentmunication and presentation skills at all levelsExcellent written and spoken English ; French / German or / and any other languages will be an assetS YNECHRON'S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT
