System Solutions - IT Operator

Profile A degree in Computer Science (at least 2 years in higher education), with previous experience in a similar position ; Very good knowledge of Unix and Windows environment and Scheduling tools (Control-M ideally) ; Fluent English and French You have at least 5 years of experience in managing Unix applications in a production environment and are familiar with the following technical environments OS OpenSource : Unix (AIX) / Linux (RedHat) and Windows Scheduler : Control-M / Dollaru / AutoSys (at least one of the three) Scripting : Kornshell / Shell / PowerShell Knowledge of IIS is a plus or of Apache / Tomcat is a Pluspersonality With a real team spirit, you appreciate the exchange and transmission Curious and committed, you are able to seek information and show unfailing motivation in critical situations Rigorous and vigilant : you are attentive to what you do and are able to measure the impact of your actions in production You are known for your sense of communication, both orally and in writing.

Role Supervise and control the availability of the production environment and control the production backups; Monitor the smooth running of batch processing of production and test environments; Provide Level 1 and 2 support, and contribute to resolving incidents and problems; Inform the business lines of any deterioration and / or interruption of services; Coordinate the provision of test environments within the given timeframe; Write and update operating documentation and takeover instructions; Contribute in maintaining and optimizing internal system management processes, within a framework based on ITIL, with a service management tool.
