We are currently looking for, for one of our clients located in Luxembourg :

Financial Controller (M / F)

Main Mission :

Reporting to the Head of the Central Performance team, this key role involves expertise in fixed costs, detailed performance reporting, and strategic business partnering across various regions. This is a fixed-term mission (1 year) to replace parental leave.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fixed Costs Expertise :  Manage and steer fixed costs in accordance with established procedures and methodologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Monthly Performance Reporting :  Prepare and present comprehensive reports on fixed costs, FTEs (Full-Time Equivalents), and productivity, using in-depth knowledge of financial / HR systems. This includes data extraction, data quality control, and presenting key insights.
• Managerial Analysis :  Provide qualitative analysis to support and influence management decisions.
• HR Productivity & TCOE Studies :  Contribute to HR productivity improvements and Total Cost of Employment (TCOE) studies.
• Cluster & Segment Partnership :  Collaborate closely with performance steering managers in clusters and HR teams, consolidating and challenging bottom-up data from various regions. Assist in preparing dashboards to generate performance insights.
