Our client, a highly reputable organization of global recognition, is currently undergoing a strategic expansion of its Treasury team in order to align with their vision for continuous improvement, automation, and enhanced efficiency.
We are currently in search of an accomplished Treasury Transformation Manager (F / M ) to join their team. The treasury department operates as an integral part of the organization, actively contributing to the business strategy, operations, and growth by optimizing liquidity utilization, providing funding solutions, and effectively managing financial risks.
As a Treasury Transformation Manager (F / M) , your primary responsibility will be to drive the anticipated changes within the department. This entails working closely with other Treasury and IT functions, as well as collaborating with third-party stakeholders such as treasury system vendors and banking partners.
You will be reporting to the Head of Treasury Transformation.
Position located in Luxembourg.

Technical Requirements :
Proven record of project management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive tasks to closure
Deep technical understanding of treasury, treasury systems, cash management, banking systems and structures and products
Hands on experience with implementing new processes and procedures
Fluent English (speaking and writing)
Strong affinity with technology (and ideally Microsoft Power Platform tools) for : Process automation and Data visualization / BI
General interest in latest Fintech innovation
