Investment Funds Lawyer (1 to 4 years of experience)

Role Content

• Legal advice and strategy : Provide day-to-day and strategic guidance on structuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance for alternative investment funds (AIFs) and their managers (AIFMs).
• Documentation : Draft, review, and adapt fund documentation, including subscription agreements, LPAs, offering memoranda, and articles of association, ensuring legal accuracy and commercial suitability.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with Tax, Finance, Corporate, and Litigation teams to deliver fully integrated advice to clients.
• Client management : Support international clients and fund sponsors throughout the lifecycle of their projects, advising on regulatory, ESG, investor, financing, and operational matters.
• Business development : Participate in networking and client outreach activities to help grow the firm's practice in the investment funds sector.
