Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Funds Business Implementation Manager with strong expertise in Multifonds Fund Accounting (FA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end business implementation projects related to fund accounting operations, ensuring seamless system integration, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong project management skills, deep knowledge of fund administration, and hands on experience with Multifonds FA functionalities. Key Responsibilities Project & Implementation Management Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new clients, products, and regulatory changes within the Multifonds FA platform. Translate business requirements into system solutions, ensuring alignment with operational processes and client expectations. Oversee system confguration, testing (UAT, SIT, parallel runs), and deployment within Multifonds FA. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across business, IT, and client teams. Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technology providers Operational Excellence & Process Improvements Analyze and document existing fund accounting processes, identifying opportunities for automation, eficiency, and risk reduction. Drive enhancements and upgrades within the Multifonds FA platform to support business growth, new asset classes, and regulatory requirements. Ensure efective data migration, reconciliation, and system integrity during onboarding and change initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Partner with fund accounting, operations, technology, product development, and compliance teams to deliver robust implementation solutions. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate training, workshops, and knowledge transfer to internal users and operational teams. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Multifonds FA : confguration, reporting, accounting rules, NAV calculation, reconciliation, and end-to-end workfows. Proven experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or investment operations, ideally in asset management, fund services, or custody. Project management expertise with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifcations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with senior stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. Experience with UAT coordination, data migration, and system integration projects. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements impacting fund accounting (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD, IFRS, local GAAPs). Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems. 5–10 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or investment operations. Hands-on implementation experience with Multifonds FA is essential. Project management certifcation (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile / Scrum) is a strong advantage. Fluency in English required; additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Luxembourgish) considered an asset.
