• Deloitte Luxembourg is looking for a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Strategist to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. This role sits within the Marketing Strategy team, where you’ll help shape the direction of firm-wide and business-line marketing campaigns.
• You will work closely with marketing strategists to support the development and rollout of impactful marketing initiatives aligned to our business goals across Audit & Assurance, Consulting, and Tax services—as well as firm-level branding and thematic campaigns.
• You will also help manage intake from the business, working with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into structured campaign briefs. While campaign production (social media, website, email, etc.) is managed by a dedicated production team, your role is pivotal in crafting the strategy, narrative, and campaign scope that guide that execution.

Your contribution to our success

Assist in the design of integrated marketing strategies across services and firm-wide themes.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather campaign requests and translate business objectives into strategic briefs.

Help ensure timelines, expectations, and campaign objectives are clearly communicated between the strategy and production teams.

Work hand-in-hand with other strategists, analysts, and the production team to bring campaigns from idea to execution.
