Responsibilities : Work closely with the Partner and a small team on a broad range of Luxembourg and cross-border tax matters, including structuring for investment funds, corporations, and private clients. Support merger and acquisition transactions, corporate restructurings, and finance deals, contributing to high-value projects and deepening your technical expertise. Advise clients on tax compliance and reporting obligations, including CRS, FATCA, DAC 6, and other regulatory developments, ensuring solutions are both effective and compliant. Collaborate with colleagues across other practice areas and international offices, providing integrated advice to clients operating in multiple jurisdictions. Conduct legal and tax research, identify potential issues, and prepare clear recommendations for partners and clients, enhancing your analytical and advisory skills. Build direct relationships with clients and external advisors, becoming a trusted point of contact in an international and dynamic environment. Candidate Profile : 2-5 years of professional experience in tax within a law firm, accounting firm, or financial services company in Luxembourg. CCDL qualification is desirable. Excellent command of English and French; German, Luxembourgish, Spanish or other languages are a strong asset. Strong organisational skills, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
