Accountant for Funds

Our client is a Luxembourg-based Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) with over two decades of experience in the private equity industry. To strengthen it's finance team, this client is looking for an Experienced "Fund" Accountant who can take ownership of the full accounting cycle for it's fund structures.

As a "Fund" Accountant, you will be responsible for the following :

• Handling the end-to-end accounting of a portfolio of Luxembourg-based entities linked to private equity funds (SPVs, LuxCos, holding companies)
• Preparing financial statements in accordance with Lux GAAP
• Managing annual closings, balance sheet preparation, and liaising with external auditors
• Monitoring and reconciling bank accounts, preparing payment instructions, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping
• Collaborating with internal teams.
• Participating in process improvements and supporting ad hoc projects across finance and fund operations
