Halian - Chef de Projet PMO

As part of a project to upgrade the kondor+ tool, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager / PMO with strong knowledge of capital markets to lead the various phases of the project and ensure coordination between business and technical teams.

Main responsibilities

Project management & PMO :

• Project coordination, schedule tracking, management of alerts and dependencies
• Budget management, development and monitoring of key performance indicators
• Preparation and facilitation of governance meetings : steering committees, project committees (logistics, support, reporting)
• Risk management : centralization, monitoring, action plans, reporting
• Quality monitoring : quality register, deliverables collection, facilitation of control workshops
• Contribution to project phases : Build, Testing, Parallel Run, Go Live, post-deployment
