Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg is engaged in the business of providing Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment and Advisory services for corporate and private clients. In order to reinforce its team, our Bank is currently looking for a :

Organization & Methods Intern (m / f / d) – Luxembourg – 6 to 12 months starting on February 2025

The Organization & Methods is a key component of the Bank processes. The main objective of the department is to develop, update and monitor the Bank's policies, procedures, and workflow and assist the Business Units to streamline their business processes.

You will have the opportunity to learn the following :

• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of department and Bank processes and business requirements;
• Assist in the development / update of Bank’s Process Flows and Procedures, and standards for work methods for the Bank’s new Core Banking System;
• Assist in the creation of a new inventory of all the processes (procedures) of the Bank;
• Assist in monitoring the Bank's processes (procedures).
