Mission

Responsibilities

Creation and analyse of financial situation of products, customers, suppliers for management, sales, etc

Review standard costs with actual costs

Manage coherent data in the dedicated system

Review of daily profit

Forecast and related reports

Consumption calculation for paper, stocks,…

Stock variations

Prepare all group report

Review all AC reports

Manage intranet file upload

Monthly stock take

Stock reconciliation in accounting

Investigate discrepancies

Collaboration with internal, external audit

Statec enquiries

Prepare basic financial statements and notes

Ensure compliance with local regulations

Follow-up of investments grants from local ministry and EU

Review internal audit procedure with actual practice

Compare with the management rules and best practice

Ad-hoc requests

Profile

Profile

Degree educated

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role

Good spoken and written English – French would be a plus

PC literate

Motivated, self-sufficient and well organized
