To support the steady growth of its Banking & Finance department , the firm is currently seeking a Junior Lawyer with solid experience in financial transactions and regulatory frameworks. Your Responsibilities | Business Development - Law Firm - Corporate / M&A – Legal

• Contribute to financing transactions , such as secured lending, acquisition finance and refinancing
• Draft, review and negotiate loan agreements, security documents and other finance-related contracts
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and opinions on financial services and investment products
• Assist in advising clients on banking and financial regulatory matters , including CSSF requirements and EU legislation
• Work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on cross-border projects and transactions
