As an Operational Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the operational risk management framework, particularly focusing on event management and reconciliation processes. You will work closely with various departments to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to ensure the integrity and efficiency of BIL's operations. Your next challenge : Operational Risk Event Management Identify and assess operational risk events across various business units. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks. Maintain a comprehensive risk event log and ensure timely resolution of issues. P&L Reconciliation Perform detailed reconciliation of operational risk events against the P&L. Investigate discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Operational Risk Event Process Optimization Explore and integrate advanced technological tools and platforms to automate data collection and analysis processes, improving overall efficiency and accuracy in operational risk event management. Your skills : Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operational risk management, particularly in event management and reconciliation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Professional proficiency in French & English is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the financial services industry. Familiarity with Luxembourg's regulatory environment.
