Your contribution to our success

  • Business Analysis & Use Case Framing : Identify and prioritize automation, AI, and document management use cases. Run design-thinking workshops to co-create future-proof solutions with measurable impact.
  • Process Modernization & Compliance : Analyze and optimize workflows for HyperAutomation and GenAI integration, while ensuring compliance with GDPR and industry regulations.
  • Functional Leadership : Bridge business requirements and technical solutions, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and define functional governance frameworks.
  • Enablement & Engagement : Lead automation enablement initiatives, translate complex technologies into compelling narratives, and design playbooks and templates for scaling adoption.
  • Practice Development : Mentor junior consultants, foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, and support innovation within the Intelligent Automation team.

    • Your skills

    Must-have skills :

    Master’s degree in Business, Information Management, Digital Transformation , or related fields.

  • 4+ years in consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, or document management roles .
  • Deep expertise in document management platforms like Documentum, SharePoint, OpenText , etc.

    • Nice-to-have skills :

    Knowledge of Intelligent Automation (RPA, workflow orchestration) , AI / GenAI, and low-code platforms.

  • Experience in functional analysis, UAT coordination , and delivering functional documentation.
  • Multilingual proficiency (English required; French preferred).
