HR Specialist - Key Responsibilities : As a key member of the HR & Finance function, you will play a central and versatile role in managing payroll operations within a demanding yet rewarding environment. Your responsibilities will include : Managing the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Guaranteeing compliance with both local and international payroll regulations. Collaborating closely with HR and Finance departments to streamline payroll procedures. Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits matters. Continuously improving payroll processes and exploring innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. HR Specialist - Qualifications : At least 2 years of experience in payroll, ideally within a fiduciary or law firm environment. Fluent in French and English; any additional language is considered an asset. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. A proactive and rigorous mindset, combined with a sense of discretion and professionalism. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
