Your day to day

As part of a growing independent audit firm based in Luxembourg, you will take on a key leadership role focused on delivering high-quality audit engagements and driving the firm’s strategic development. Specializing in the audit of commercial companies from various sectors such as trade, real estate, services, and industry, you will be responsible for :

  • Leading, executing, and signing off on statutory and contractual audit assignments in compliance with ISA standards
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Overseeing, mentoring, and developing junior and senior team members
  • Contributing to the firm’s strategic planning and business development activities
  • Taking part in the enhancement of internal tools and supporting technical best practices
  • Participating actively in governance matters, with the potential for equity partnership over the medium term

Your profile

  • Registered Réviseur d’Entreprises agréé (IRE) – mandatory
  • 10+ years of experience in external audit, with a strong focus on commercial companies
  • In-depth knowledge of Lux GAAP ; familiarity with IFRS is a strong advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and professional rigor
  • Natural leadership skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); any additional language is a plus
  • Motivated by an entrepreneurial environment with room for autonomy and strategic involvement
