Your day to day
- Monitor and supervise transfer agent operations ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review daily reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in shareholder records
- Oversee fund administration processes including subscriptions, redemptions and dividend distributions
- Conduct regular quality control checks on NAV calculations and pricing procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and process improvements
- Prepare detailed reports on transfer agent performance metrics and KPIs
- Manage relationships with external transfer agents and service providers
- Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering and know-your-customer procedures
- Support audit activities and regulatory examinations
