WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of the Portfolio Management Team within our Cross Fund Function in Europe and work on a wide range of data management projects, interfacing with Fund Operations, Systems and Asset Management. You will be involved in various fund strategies, such as Core, Core Plus and Value-Add. You will report to the Vice President based in Munich.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Responsible for Data Management, Quality and Analytics
• Preparation and timely delivery of a variety of external and internal reports
• Maintenance and further development of reporting tools and processes
• Data submission to industry groups (INREV and MSCI)
• Review and continue development of performance data
• Creation of budgets and cashflows regarding returns, liquidity, diversification, financing, etc.
• Close interaction with collaboration with professionals in the various departments, such as Systems, Fund Controlling, Asset Management and Transactions
• Assistance at cross-functional and international projects
