Data Analyst - Sales management

Responsibilities

Sales Management Services has the main responsibilities and key tasks as follows :

Managing commercial performance through activity monitoring and CRM portfolio reviews to identify new business opportunities
Analyzing the business base to support sales managers in their strategy and knowledge
Strong contribution to responses provided to market surveys
Ensuring proper adherence to the commercial strategy in terms of Focus / XBorder
Monitoring Profit Sharing

Description of Skills :

A strong interest in data and quantitative analysis, ability to master technical aspects

Results-oriented, ability to work in project mode, strong capability to identify best practices that generate efficiency, improve quality, and foster initiatives

Responsibilities :

Maintenance and upgrading of management tools

Managing commercial performance through activity monitoring : data adjustments, manipulation, and formatting

Handling and developing dashboards to track commercial performance

Conducting quantitative analyses for commercial management and development

Participating in targeting and monitoring campaigns / initiatives for commercial development

A questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility. For an efficient analysis of your application, please make sure to truthfully answer all the questions.

Profile required

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience :

Graduate with a Master degree from Business / Engineering School or University with a specialization in Data Analysis

A previous experience in data analysis would be appreciated

Language skills :

Fluent in English

Technical, operational & soft skills :

Good communication and presentation skills

Proficient / Good command of MS Office

Strong listening and analytical skills

Proactivity, spearheading of proposals

A strong appetite for numerical data and data analysis

Proficiency in BI tools and Python programming

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Luxembourg is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
