A propos du poste :
In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for internal users, providing timely and efficient technical assistance. You'll contribute to essential IT operations, including ticket management, vulnerability monitoring, and supporting Microsoft systems and identity management tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage IT support requests and incidents via ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Monitor system vulnerabilities using Nessus (Tenable)
- Support patch management processes with PatchMyPC and Windows Update
- Deploy and manage software using SCCM
- Administer Active Directory (AD) and entra ID
- Assist with Identity Governance tasks using SailPoint
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware / software issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to second-level support when necessary
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation and operational reports
Profil recherché :
Some experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT support (internships, projects, or work experience)Basic understanding of :ServiceNow or similar ticketing toolsNessus, PatchMyPC, SCCMActive Directory, entra ID, and SailPointWindows operating systems and general IT troubleshootingAbility to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
