Description de posteRisk Assessment Emergency procedure(s) Trainings Infrastructure - OHS registers (if applicable) Manage Reports and metrics (internal, ESG, customers,) Together with the Safety Officer focus on the EHS Risk assessment for the SES Group sites : Identify the recurring risks Identify / update environmental impacts and aspects Draft EHS procedures for the group Support local Luxembourg FEO team on Environmental, Health, Safety and Security topics. Develop and maintain the FEO SharePoint portal. Manage and supervise internal tickets for FEO Support FEO personnel if required during internal company events Curious and eager to actively seek knowledge Great organizational skills and a strong commitment to high quality Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make connections with customers in writing An open mindset to problem solving and to tackle challenges Understands and can apply a range of procedures relevant to the specific role and the organization’s rules and general policies Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Commitment to outstanding customer service, both internal and external Solves problems utilizing various resources, including defined company policies, principles, and specific approaches where guidance is readily available (either in person or other means) and escalates internally when appropriate Ability to apply critical thinking skills and use deductive reasoning to assess questions and resolve issues Engineering / Technical Degree Strong computer literacy (MS PowerPoint, Excel,Word, Power BI) Fluency in spoken and written English Strong interest in the Environmental and HS system management (e.g. ISO14001, ISO45001) and ILO health and safety guidelines Capability of working in a multicultural environment Fluency in French or German Previous experience in an international group on EHS topics Age : You must be between 18 and 28 years old at the start of your assignment. Nationality : You must be a citizen of a European Economic Area (EEA) member country or Switzerland. Education : You should have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Military Service : You must have completed any mandatory national service obligations. Clean Criminal Record : You need to have a clean criminal record. ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a one-year contract in conjunction with Business France a part of the VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprises) scheme that allows young people from France and the European Economic Area (EEA) to launch their international career!
In this VIE mission, you will be a part of the Facilities Engineering & Operations (FEO) Team in a fast-paced, growing organization within a dynamic industry.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- Develop the basic EHS methodology to all major SES sites by initiating, sponsoring and coordinating together with the local teams :
