Starting as soon as possible, we are looking to recruit a skilled and passionate Junior Manager Controlling - Global Procurement (f/m/d) Ref. Pos_209702 Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Controller to support the Procurement Controlling team in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The role focuses on all controlling activities related with global HARIBO raw materials and commodities buying and intercompany selling business processes. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of accounting and reporting structures, and a proactive, hands-on mindset. The Junior Controller will perform data-driven business analyses for financial insights to support the purchasing management team decisions. Key Responsibilities Support of monthly, quarterly, and annual purchasing management reporting and variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast). Participating in the local and global purchasing budgeting and forecasting process Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, deviations, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement.• Support the preparation and analysis of P&L statements related to Procurement activities Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Procurement & Accounting) and the global operations controlling team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of financial data. Contribute to the development and maintenance of KPIs, dashboards, and management performance reports. Maintain, optimize, and further develop controlling tools, Excel models, and SAP / BIbased reporting solutions. Required Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. 1–3 years of professional experience in Controlling, preferably within Procurement, Purchasing or manufacturing environments. Solid understanding of financial statements and cost accounting principles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets and translate them into actionable financial insights. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, including SAP, Excel (Power Query), and dashboard design. High quality standards for precise analyses and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
