This role is critical in ensuring robust and independent valuation processes across a diverse range of asset classes and investment strategies, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private debt, and marginally liquid strategies. You will bring deep expertise in valuation methodologies, preferably gained in a leading advisory or audit firm, and will be instrumental in managing a small team of valuation experts evolving within the AIFM framework. What you'll do Develop, implement, and maintain valuation policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements (AIFMD, CSSF, etc.).. Perform independent valuation reviews and challenge pricing models and assumptions. Collaborate with portfolio managers, risk, finance, and external valuation agents. Monitor market developments and valuation best practices. Prepare valuation reports and present findings to senior management and valuation committees. Support regulatory reporting and audits related to valuation matters. Contribute to due diligence processes for new investments and fund launches.
