Role / Department

As a Depositary Senior Analyst / Officer, you will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of Northern Trust depositary clients, focusing on real estate, infrastructure, and private equity funds. You will monitor fund activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical and operational support across the organization. The role involves collaboration with other EMEA jurisdictions and offers opportunities to act as a subject matter expert.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned depositary clients, specializing in Luxembourg Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
• Monitor fund activities and proactively provide technical and operational guidance.
• Ensure all actions comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support and advise Northern Trust partners across the organization.
• Collaborate with teams in other EMEA jurisdictions as needed, both operationally and as a subject matter expert.
